About Dubrovnik Airport
Dubrovnik Airport was officially renamed Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport in honour of the Croatian scientist, though most travellers and locals still call it Dubrovnik Airport or Čilipi Airport, after the village where it’s located. Its codes are DBV (IATA) and LDDU (ICAO), and it sits about 15.5 km (9.5 miles) south-east of Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

About Ston
Ston sits on the Pelješac peninsula, about 75 km from Dubrovnik Airport, and is famous for its defensive walls — at 5.5 km, the longest fortification system in Europe, dating back to the 14th century. Just a few kilometres away, the bay of Prapratno has one of the Adriatic’s finest sandy beaches, sheltered by pine and olive groves.
